I don’t really know how well people know me through this journal, as often I don’t write much but just post photos. If you’d noticed, I’m awfully interested in gender.. whether that be my own, or others. Where I live, and more specifically the places I deliberately frequent, I constantly meet people who cross over genders.. I am just continually astounded by these people, who in western society can have the strength to stand up as a third gender with the determination to be who they want to be. I found it empowering that a transexual be so proud of their new genitalia at a fetish night I went to. So proud that she felt she really had to just show everyone! How fantastic.

Now I can’t wait to be at Miss Transgender Brighton 2005. I’m not entering though, unfortunately. Just photographing! (More VICE photos to come..)
