I should be feeling hideous today but after spending all day cuddled in bed to conserve heat, watching old school TV (Ellen, Home Improvement etc) & finishing off Sandal’s leftover Subway, I’m feeling vaguely human again. Beds are nice.

The windows here are fogged with condensation with the last few days settling a coldness that I thought was due for disappearance. Corinne Bailey Rae plays obsessively throughout the house, lights off with candles littering surfaces. My body smells like chocolate, cocoa butter, and I wish someone were here to draw their tongue across it, kiss my shoulders..
