Pre-pride notes

So! Think this may be my last post until well after the weekend as there are lots of things happening this weekend. Tomorrow I have to finish (or even start!) my costume for Brighton Pride, which is essentially myself as a roller-skating tranni love heart. Hurrah! This shall be done by the help of my wonderfully talented costume making friends and many cans of cider, no doubt. Then I shall be up early Saturday morning and rollerskating my scantily clad bottom down to the marina to prepare for the long skate all around town. I am all excited, but as usual, slightly nervous about the prospect of thousands of people seeing my booty rollin’ on by. L is going as Cupid with some huge ass wings though so I’m sure he’ll take the attention off of me. Saturday afternoon shall be filled with much frolicking in the park (note to self: do not have camera stolen like last year! Also bring suitable shoes. Six inch heels not required.) Saturday night is going to be ace as all of my favourite people in the world have bought tickets to the same place and we can all be one happy family that is The Special People. Yumyumbum! I am so excited about all of this, as you can probably tell. I don’t need nobody but my special people.
