I had the pleasure of taking lots of silly photos at a Goblin Ball event that Kt & Rogi had helped organise on Saturday. It was a pretty huge event with a mixture of artwork, bands and performances in all guises. Here’s a few snaps of friends etc…

I am a huge notebook fan. Notebooks, diaries, journals… I am obsessed. I can’t stop collecting them. My only problem is that I really try not to write too much any more, in my never ending dedication to being an image maker. But but but… I discovered the most amazing, beautiful, wonderful little journal on Buy Olympia. I have been eyeing up some of the products on the Buy Olympia site for almost a year and keep bookmarking them and then forgetting about them. I decided to bite the bullet and order a few birthday presents for friends and family, but also came across Nikki McClure’s Things To Make And Do journal. My problem is that I love journals that I can split off into images, inspiration, thoughts, feelings, to-do lists, without having to then abandon them because I’m not filling them up quick enough. Printed on gorgeous paper I’ve been filling it up with some home prints, inspiration, shoot ideas etc. Being a bit of an über geek I even design each journal page and then print them out and stick them in if I can’t be bothered to write. I can’t recommend the gorgeous stuff from Buy Olympia more! I also snagged these two products: notebook for my friend whose studying gardening design, and a recipe book for my Mama. Ooh, ooh! I am so excited about these images of Louis Parsons, a lovely chap I met at the Festival of Sins shoot a few months ago (which I still need to post photos from!). I can’t post any of the absolutely amazing images as they’re (hopefully) for magazine publication. I hate waiting to show images! But this is just a lovely image of Louis. The other ones are so goddamn far from this look it’s unreal…
